THE BUZZ: Konami may have delayed the release of Silent Hill: Downpour, if recent changes in retail listings are to be believed.
The game was originally slated to release November 4th, however a number of retailers including Amazon and Gamefly have now changed the release date to March 31st 2012. Although this may only be a placeholder, the sudden change in dates may still mean a delay of some kind. No official word has been given by Konami on the potential delay.
EGM’s TAKE: With the number of games coming out over the next few months it wouldn’t be a bad move by Konami to delay the launch, avoiding the game becoming lost in the Holiday season.
How do you feel about a potential delay?
