RUMOR: Splinter Cell: Black List to be Announced at E3

According to a new source, the next Splinter Cell game will be announced at E3 for PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and Wii U.
The rumor claims that Splinter Cell: Black List will be announced at the show and is scheduled for a January 2013 release. A NeoGAF forum user claims to have seen the a promo for the game and says that Sam Fisher “is looking good as always with no grey hair, full body suit, and his mighty night goggles.” The poster goes on to say that the game appears to be a direct sequel to Conviction.
Ubisoft Toronto producer Jade Raymond has previously confirmed that the next Splinter Cell game is in development at the studio and will focus on the franchise’s roots. If the game is going to be revealed at E3, then expect it to happen on Monday at Ubisoft’s press conference.
