A Splinter Cell movie deal is in the works, according to a new report.

Deadline is reporting that Warner Bros. had been in talks with Ubisoft over the rights to the project, but it appears that Paramount Pictures are favorites to bring Sam Fisher to the big screen. Paramount has declined to comment.

Ubisoft will remain very involved and retain control over how the game is translated to film, according to the source.

There’s really only one question that is important to ask here, who will play Sam Fisher?
