Well something interesting has surfaced today, could there be a Modern Warfare 3 closed beta happening right now?

Twitter user @A4VARMY posted the picture shown above on their account earlier today which appears to show them playing “Modern Warfare 3 Beta”, a second picture was then posted (below) showing the players Gamertag alongside it.

There is of course no way of knowing if this has been faked or not, however if it is real then it is an incredibly well kept secret on the part of Infinity Ward and Sledgehammer. Personally I believe if there was some kind of closed beta currently going on then word of it would have leaked out before now.

So far Sledgehammer and Infinity Ward have been keeping very quiet about the image.
