The Australian Classification Board has once again refused to give Saints Row 4 a rating following a re-review of its original submission.
A three-person panel unanimously refused the game due to its use of drugs. According to the ACB, ”drug use related to incentives and rewards is not permitted.” This second decision was made based on the same code that was submitted the first time, so there’s still hope for Australian fans.

Volition is currently working on an edited version of the game to resubmit at a later date. Saints Row 4 is the first game to be refused classification since the R18+ rating was introduced in January.
