THE BUZZ: Saints Row: The Third is coming, and one of the big features of the game will be a deep level of character customization for creating the perfect personalized hero (or villain). THQ today shows off part of that customization with this trailer for the Initiation Station, an upcoming web-based feature where players will be able to get a taste for what creating the next Saints Row superstar is like.

EGM’s TAKE: Though I’ve never personally had much interest in the Saints Row franchise, I am totally hyped for The Third. I love the open world chaos of Grand Theft Auto IV, and I adore games that let players really have control over the characters they play. Combine those two together, and it sounds like a heck of a fun time to me.
