THE BUZZ: THQ continues its trend of restricting access to online modes by announcing that an online pass will be shipped with all new copies of Saints Row: The Third.
For those of you who are unsure of what this is, it’s a one time use code which allows you access to the game’s multiplayer modes, however if you purchase a used copy of the game you will need to buy a code in order to access it. The codes usually cost around $10 for most games.
EGM’s TAKE: If you were planning on holding off on your purchase to wait for a used copy, be sure to factor in the cost of an online pass when shopping around.
