Just ahead of this year’s E3, Bethesda will be hosting its own showcase of games.

Bethesda’s press conference will be held on Sunday, June 10th, at 6:30 p.m. PT. For reference, E3 proper kicks off on Tuesday, June 12th, meaning that Bethesda will get to show off its goods just ahead of the full gaming conference.

Last year, Bethesda’s show concentrated on building up the company’s existing games, since 2017 releases included VR versions of Doom and Fallout 4, The Evil Within 2, and expansions for Dishonored 2 and The Elder Scrolls: Legends. This year, Bethesda’s announcement video has a papercraft theme and shows off a number of favorite characters from existing game series.

Bethesda hasn’t had many announcements recently, so it’ll be interesting to see if the company has anything big to bring to the table. Back in September, Bethesda VP of marketing Pete Hines suggested that the company isn’t done with bringing games to the Nintendo Switch, so we may see a few more Switch ports in the company’s future.

Bethesda isn’t the only company that’s holding its own conference outside of regular E3 hours. EA will be holding EA Play from June 9th to June 11th. We can expect more companies to announce E3-adjacent events as the date draws nearer.
