Screenshots, art, details on the crazy looking Lollipop Chainsaw

Posted on July 20, 2011 AT 06:28pm

To say the folks at Grasshoper Manufacture make bizarre games would be an understatement, and that proud tradition is kept with Lollipop Chainsaw.

Lollipop Chainsaw, currently 70% done, is referred to as “pop zombie entertainment” by its producer Suda 51. The game features Juliet, a cheerleader at San Romero Highschool. Zombies first appear on her 18th birthday, and Juliet – along with a totally un-explained decapitated head – must help take out the zombies with a chainsaw.

A pink, heart-laced chainsaw, as Juliet’s favorite color is pink.

Coming from the same minds who made games like No More Heroes, Killer 7, and Shadows of the Damned, it’s pretty clear that this game will be most unique.
