Screenshots, more details on Persona 4 The Golden for PS Vita

As announced yesterday, an updated version of the hit Atlus JRPG Persona 4 is coming to PlayStation Vita. Persona 4 The Golden will come with a number of new features, including an entirely new major character Marie.

P4G will feature a new Vita-exclusive internet option, where you can send messages to friends via 3G or Wi-Fi if you get in trouble while in a dungeon. (What exactly happens if you do so has yet to be announced.)

As well, the game will have new storyline elements, new animated scenes, and more. However, as of now, it is understood that – unlike Persona 3 Portable – there will be no option for playing as a female main character.
