SDCC 2012: Willem Dafoe Won’t Be In Beyond: Two Souls
Posted on July 12, 2012 AT 05:03pm
Despite earlier rumors to the contrary, Quantic Dream’s David Cage has stated that two-time Academy Award nominee Willem Dafoe will not be co-starring alongside Ellen Page in Beyond: Two Souls.
After the game’s Comic-Con panel earlier today, Joystiq asked Cage if the rumors were true, to which he responded, “Nice try,” and shook his head.
However, the panel did reveal two new actors who will be appearing in the game. Kadeem Hardison, best known for playing Dwayne Wayne on the Cosby Show spin-off A Different World, will be playing a paranormal investigator who serves as foster father to Page’s character, Jodie, while Eric Winter will be appearing in an unannounced role.
Beyond: Two Souls, a PS3 exclusive, is currently slated to launch sometime in 2013.
