EA Sports UFC’s second content update will add another three fighters along with a handful of gameplay improvements, EA Sports announced.
Joining the game’s roster alongside the update are Matt Brown and Mike Pyle of the Welterweight Division and Stipe Miocic of the Heavyweight Division (all three briefly seen in the above video).
Gameplay updates include tweaks to kick catching so that users can grab an opponent’s kicks during parries if they have low stamina or high leg-damage, manual taunts mapped to the left and right d-pad buttons, successful single leg takedowns transitioning into half guards, adjustments to stamina loss on Strikes Landed, the ability to escape back mounts, new defensive stand-up transitions, and TKO stops from the referee if the submissive fighter blocks too many strikes without improving their position.
EA Sports UFC’s second content update is now available worldwide on both PS4 and Xbox One. For more on the MMA fighting game, check out Ray’s review.
