ArenaNet has announced the official start date for the second Guild Wars 2 beta weekend, after a slight delay to allow the company time to install new server hardware.

The event will begin June 8 and end June 11. Anyone who took part in the first event can reunite with their characters and continue playing. Players over level 35 can test out the newly added Ascalonian Catacombs dungeon. The latest beta build features a number of gameplay improvements, implemented as a result of player feedback.

“We have listened intently to all of your feedback from our first Beta Weekend Event, and we’ve made great strides toward resolving many of the issues you’ve helped us identify,” said producer Chris Whiteside. ”These include party movement into overflow servers, chat functionality, key bindings, server stability, performance, and many more that we will detail in the near future.”
