See 20 Minutes Of Resident Evil 6 Gameplay, Leon Punching Out Zombies

Capcom’s giving you 20 minutes of gameplay footage with Leon Kennedy to decide whether or not Resident Evil 6 maintains its survival horror roots or goes completely “Rambo” with run-and-gun action combat.
Specifically, these two gameplay trailers take place right after Leon is forced to shoot the President of United States.
Throughout the videos (which are apparently running on an Xbox 360 build), you’ll get a sense of the game’s atmosphere as Leon and new partner Helena Harper make their way through the White House, attempting to rescue innocent staff members and passerby from the infected hordes.
Naturally, it doesn’t turn out well.
In the second video especially, a lot of Resident Evil 6‘s combat is shown in clear detail. Of particular note is the way a much more agile Leon can quickly shoot behind him in a 180-degree maneuver, as well as new melee moves and modified quick time event attacks designed to give you some breathing room.
