Destiny

As promised in its weekly livestream, Bungie has released high-resolution images from Destiny’s upcoming April content.

The images primarily show off the Blighted Coven Strike?a new PvE adventure that Guardians can partake in?and the reworked Winter’s Run (Taken Edition) Strike. Blighted Coven will pit players against a new enemy, Malok, who looks to be stepping in as the leader of the Taken after the fall of Oryx. With Destiny‘s Light level being raised to 335, this will be one of the many activities to participate in to get high-level gear.

Winter’s Run (Taken Edition) looks awesome as well, with the Archon Priest boss sporting a makeover. Dark energy can be seen ripping apart the cell that previously contained the boss, and according to the stream, the Priest will have a variant set of moves to match the paint job.

The April update drops April 12th on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PlayStation 3, and Xbox 360.
