Shenmue III backer demo launching for PC next month
Ys Net has announced plans to release the Kickstarter and Slacker Backer trial demo for Shenmue III on PC next month.
The trial version will be released in the second half of September and features “a stand-alone act with an objective that takes place in the first area of Shenmue III, Bailu Village.” The demo will take around one hour to complete and contains a number of activities for players to take part in besides the main objective.
The developer notes that progress will not carry over to the full game and players will require an Epic Games account to access the demo.
Shenmue III officially launches November 19th for PlayStation 4 and PC.
