Short but Sweet Splinter Cell: Blacklist CGI Trailer
Posted on June 12, 2012 AT 10:13am

Ubisoft has sent over a brand new trailer for Splinter Cell: Blacklist which sums up Sam’s new mission–do whatever it takes to stop the Blacklist attacks.
So far we’ve only been shown sunny locales; however the game will visit 13 different locations as Fisher tries to thwart a terrorist plot. Ubisoft Toronto boss, Jade Raymond promised a return to the series’ roots with Blacklist, but sadly it appears to have moved even further away from the original games. Sure, the stealth gameplay has been tightened and refined, however big open spaces are not the Splinter Cell way, and Blacklist is set to feature plenty of them.
The game is due to release next year for PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and PC. Earlier today we posted about a retail listing that points towards a possible Wii U release, you can check out the details here.
