Silent Hill HD Collection Heading to XBLA/PSN

THE BUZZ: The Silent Hill HD Collection looks set for a digital release according to a recent PEGI rating.
PEGI Ratings for Silent Hill 2 and 3 have been listed separately for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360, pointing towards a digital release for both.
EGM’s TAKE: Silent Hill HD appears to simply be following a recent trend with HD collections, where it receives a retail release and then appears as separate downloadable titles. The good thing about this method is that you can pick and choose which games you want from a collection instead of being forced to buy all of them. However, games are usually more expensive as separate downloads. With both titles receiving updated HD graphics and voicework, Silent Hill fans won’t want to pass up either of these titles. The collection is currently slated for a March release at retail, so expect the digital versions to be available around the same time.
