Silicon Knights has been ordered to recall and destroy all unsold copies of any games created using the Unreal Engine 3, according to newly disclosed court documents from its legal battle with Epic Games.
The documents were posted by a NeoGAF user and state:

In addition to this the developer has also been ordered to cease production of all these titles and recall any unsold copies at its own expense.
