Once upon a time Japanese video games dominated the gaming marketplace, lining store shelves with classic shooters that sucked our wallets dry and gave us permanent callouses on our thumbs.

Some of our favorite shooters came from Tresure, games like Sin and Punishment, Radiant Silvergun, Gunstar Heroes, and Ikaruga. Now, Treasure CEO Masato Maegawa tells U.K. magazine gamesTM that the company is working on a new game exclusive to the Nintendo 3DS. No other details were offered, but knowing a new Treasure game is incoming, for any system is enough to get our thumbs twiching.

Marc somehow survived E3. The crowds were big, the games were loud and somehow he managed to get a sunburn on the top of his big, bald melon. Yet, despite all of this, he had a blast, seeing people he only sees once a year, playing all of the new games, and staying up way past his bedtime. Next year he might even have a beer.
