Skyrim DLC to Offer New Locations, Quests, Features and More

THE BUZZ: In addition to the announcement of Kinect for Skyrim, Bethesda also dropped a few hints on the game’s upcoming DLC.

“Bethesda Game Studios has been hard at work on creating the first set of game add-ons that will be exclusive to the Xbox 360 video game and entertainment system from Microsoft,” the developer said. ”This additional content will add new quests, locations, features, and much more to the world of Skyrim. Stay tuned, we hope to officially announce what it is soon.”

The first DLC content for Skyrim will be a timed exclusive on Xbox 360.

EGM’s TAKE: The first DLC for Skyrim will be massive, that much is for certain. However, Bethesda has a lot of work ahead of them if they want to top the DLC they released for Oblivion. The major question is will they add any new areas to the map past those invisible walls, or will all the new quests and locations be added to the world that already exists.
