THE BUZZ: Pete Hines, vice president of marketing at Bethesda, has offered a narrowed down release date for the recently announced Kinect update for The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim.
He revealed that the update will go live during the last week of April, and will bring with it more than 200 voice commands.
EGM’s TAKE: We said most of what we thought on this update yesterday, you can read it here if you’re wondering. This is one of those love/hate updates, some fans will welcome it and enjoy what it brings, others will find it unnecessary and a way of diluting the core experience. It all depends on the type of player that you are. Before you yell too loudly though, remember that it’s an optional update. No one is forcing you to buy a Kinect to play Skyrim.
What are your thoughts on the update? Let us know in the comments below.
