THE BUZZ: Bethesda has released patch 1.5.26 for The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim on Steam.
The patch is a small one, designed to fix a couple of bugs that have occurred since 1.5. Patch notes:
- Fixed issue with frequency of first person kill cameras
- Underwater effects now display properly
- Fixed crash when loading certain plugins (PC Only)
- Fixed issue where sun would not appear properly after fast travel
EGM’s TAKE: Just a small update, nothing too major to fix, which the team will certainly be happy about. This update is for PC only and won’t make it to consoles, the next major patch there will be 1.6. There’s no point in releasing these little updates for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 due to the time it takes to pass certification. 1.5 still hasn’t even made it to consoles yet, but expect it to hit soon.
