Sold-Out Music Festival to Stream on Xbox LIVE

THE BUZZ: Microsoft and Clear Channel Radio have struck a deal to broadcast the sold-out iHeartRadio Music Festival on Xbox LIVE.
The high-profile, two-day Vegas music festival sold-out just 10 minutes after tickets went on-sale to the public. Featuring an impressive lineup of stars, the festival is scheduled to take place this Friday and Saturday, September 23 and 24. Touted as the biggest live concert in the history of radio, and also marks the official launch of the new iHeartRadio, Clear Channel’s free digital radio service, broadcast to 800 stations in 150 cities.
EGM’s TAKE: We have to admit, that’s an impressive line-up of stars both old (Steve Tyler) and new (Gaga). Plus, you can’t beat the price. Of course it doesn’hold-up to a nice Vegas getaway, and presumably your chances to hook up aren’t nearly as good in your living room. But if winging (or hoofing) it to Vegas doesn’t fit in your travel plans, this is certainly worth a look. Just avoid the brown Cheetos.
