Sony today revealed the PlayStation Vita TV, a $100 console that allows gamers to play Vita and PSP games on their television using a DualShock 3 controller.
The PlayStation Vita TV also supports music and video apps, such as Hulu, Music Unlimited, and Nico Nico, as well as original PlayStation games.
The unit is equipped with a Vita game card slot, a memory card slot, a USB 2.0 port, and an HDMI output. A 1 GB memory card is built into the device.
Right now, the PlayStation Vita is only launching in Japan (on November 14) priced at roughly $100. A release outside of Japan seems, however, fairly likely.
