The Order 1886

Sony announced they have 12 new IPs lined up for PlayStation 4, one of which is PlayStation-exclusive The Order: 1886.

The Order: 1886 was first spotted as a domain registered by Sony in May. The title is being developed by God of War developers Sony Santa Monica Studio and Ready at Dawn Studios. As the title indicates, it’s set in 19th century England, and seems to be an alternate history remaining of the Knights of the Round Table/King Arthur mythology mixed with steampunk elements and what could either be zombies (’cause videogames) or some other obligatory supernatural threat.

Ready at Dawn developed both PSP installments of God of War, while SCE Santa Monica handled the development of all the proper God of War games.
