Sony’s musical-style, genre-spanning “Perfect Day” live-action commercial for PlayStation 4 was awarded the Game Marketing Summit’s Outstanding TV or Theatrical Ad 2014 Game Marketing award.

Other winners include the Watch Dogs “Exposed” trailer for Outstanding Promotional Trailer, The Last of Us’ announcement trailer for Best Game Footage Trailer, the Gran Turismo documentary KAZ: Pushing the Virtual Divide for Best Long Format Featuring Promotional Content, Ubisoft and their marketing efforts with Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag for Outstanding Overall Marketing Campaign of the Year, and Team One and 2K Games and The Bureau: XCOM Declassified’s live-action shorts for Standout Ad Campaign.

The annual conference was held yesterday, April 23, in San Francisco.
