THE BUZZ: Daishi Odashima, Game Director for Soul Calibur V, has teased that a new Soul Calibur V announcement will made some time next week.

Previously Odashima revealed that the next set of character announcements would be occurring towards the middle of October so expect this to be the announcement that he was talking about.

“There will be a new announcement sometime next week. Can’t wait!” he said on Twitter.

EGM’s TAKE: Who could the next set of characters be? We’d love to see them go back to cool guest apperances, like Marcus Fenix on the 360 and Nathan Drake on the PS3.
