THE BUZZ: Namco Bandai has released a new trailer for SoulCalibur V, detailing the upcoming title update and DLC that will be released over the next several weeks.

The title update will be coming later this week and brings several balance tweaks. The DLC will add new customization options for created characters. Details on both can be found here.

EGM’s TAKE: Balance is king in any fighting game and SoulCalibur V is in need of a little tweaking. A couple of characters have been singled out as being too overpowered, so the development team needs to balance the roster quickly before fans start to get annoyed and online play suffers. Hopefully these changes will rectify any issues and bring a level playing field to online competition.
