Bandai Namco has announced that SoulCalibur VI will launch on October 19th, 2018.

Alongside the release date, the publisher also sent over a new story trailer for the game that shares details about the characters who will be embarking on the search for the two legendary swords. Watch the trailer below:

“Taking place in the 16th century, SoulCalibur VI sets players on a voyage of discovery as they uncover events from the original SoulCalibur to learn hidden truths,” Bandai Namco adds.

Last month, Bandai Namco revealed that Maxi, the dandy of the seas, will be part of the game’s roster.

SoulClaibur VI is in development for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC.

Bandai Namco has announced that SoulCalibur VI will launch on October 19th, 2018.
