For fans of Queasy Games’ distinctive rhythm-focused platformer Sound Shapes, four new packs of content are now available for the game.

First up are three new sound packs: Acoustic, Drum Kits, and 8-Bit. Each pack will cost you $0.99, and will net you five new instruments, five new Beat School levels, and five new Trophies (unique to each pack).

For those of you who prefer things for free, finally there’s the Curved Terrain Pack. For absolutely no cost to you, you’ll now be able to “bend, stretch and shape curves to ad smooth surfaces to your smooth beats”. Even more interestingly—and mysteriously—in a post on the official PlayStation Blog, Mark Rabo from the Sound Shapes team says of this pack:

“It’s also key for some future DLC, but we’ll keep that a surprise for now.”

Hmmmmm.
