South Park: The Fractured But Whole‘s Bring the Crunch expansion is now out, and its launch trailer is good for more than a few chuckles.
Bring the Crunch follows the kids-turned-super heroes of South Park as they investigate some mysterious goings-on at the town’s Lake Tardicaca. With counselors going missing, the kids need to team up with old and new friends alike to save the lake’s camp from being closed down.
In addition to the introduction of the new buddy hero Mint-Berry Crunch (aka Bradley Biggle), the expansion with unlock the new “Final Girl” hero class. This class is bestowed with the powers of ingenuity that seem to be present in the last surviving girl of every horror movie, who’s able to fashion whatever she can get her hands on into various weapons and traps. After beating the expansion’s new story content, players will be free to bring the new buddy and class into the main game.
Bring the Crunch is now available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC for the standalone price of $11.99, or as part of The Fractured But Whole‘s season pass or Gold Edition. This is the last DLC currently confirmed for the game, but more may eventually come down the line.
In other South Park news, the game’s predecessor, South Park: The Stick of Truth, was recently announced for a release on the Nintendo Switch.
