Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment and NetherRealm Studios have released a new gameplay trailer for Mortal Kombat 11 that shows upcoming DLC character Shang Tsung in action.
Tsung is a soul-stealing sorcerer and host of the Mortal Kombat tournament. Actor Cary-Hiroyuki Tagawa, who played Tsung in the 1995 Mortal Kombat film, is lending his likeness and voice to the character. Take a look at him in action in the trailer below:
In addition to showcasing Tsung, the trailer confirms that Todd McFarlane’s Spawn, the Matoka’s champion Nightwolf, and former Queen of Edenia Sindel will all be part of the Kombat Pass alongside two other, yet to be announced characters.
The Kombat Pass is priced at $39.99 and includes six additional characters, a character skin and gear sets for each DLC character, a Johnny Cage Ninja Mime skin and gear set, 18 bonus character skins for members of the main roster, and one week of early access to all content in the pass.
Shang Tsung will be available on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC from June 18th for Kombat Pass owners.
