Spider-Man

Spider-Man‘s launch date is drawing closer, and we’re finally getting answers to some of our more practical questions about the game.

Community lead James Stevenson took to Twitter to answer some of fans’ questions about the upcoming game. While he couldn’t reveal a ton of information, we do now know what we’ll need to do to prepare for launch.

For starters, players will need to prepare about 45 GB of free space on their PlayStation 4s to download the game, plus a bit of extra space for patches. The game will also have a day-one patch, so get ready to free up a few more extra GBs and wait a bit before driving straight in, even if you’re buying a physical copy.

Stevenson also revealed the length of the game: roughly 20 hours for most playtesters to beat the story, but with the potential to be “a lot longer” with side quests and activities.

Spider-Man launches in full on September 7th, exclusively on the PlayStation 4.
