Marvel’s Spider-Man has become one of the biggest superhero games of this generation, and it’s about to get even bigger, with the game’s second DLC expansion launching soon.
As first spotted by a user on Reddit, one of the in-game menus in Spider-Man reveals the launch date for the second part of The City That Never Sleeps DLC. According to that text, the DLC will release on Tuesday, November 20th, and will introduce a new villain from the Marvel universe.
“Butt heads with Hammerhead in the new DLC, The City That Never Sleeps: Turf Wars,” the menu text reads. “Available November 20 in the PlayStation Store.”
Hammerhead was briefly mentioned in the game’s first DLC, but this will be the first time he’ll show up as an enemy. Currently, there’s no other description of what the story or content in Turf Wars will be, though we can likely expect it to be similar to The Heist, which added a new story, new challenges, and three new Spider-Man suits.
Overall, The City That Never Sleeps is planned to release in three parts, with Turf Wars being the second. Turf Wars will be out on November 20th, and the third part is expected to release in December. Don’t forget to check out EGM’s thoughts on the first part of the DLC, The Heist.
