Out of all the PlayStation Move releases that have hit shelves so far, the best are either Sports Champions or dancing games. While Sony San Diego’s Sports Champions 2 won’t change that trend until Wonderbook is out, it’s at least debuting soon.

According to a post on the official PlayStation Blog from Sports Champions 2 senior producer Jeremy Ray, the PS Move-exclusive title will be out just before Halloween on October 30th.

Ray also highlighted the following list of improvements, fielding comments from the PlayStation Blog’s readers:

• Improved Avatar Creator feature
• New Skiing, Boxing, Tennis, Golf, Bowling, and Archery mechanics
• Expanded online leaderboards and Facebook functionality

Some events won’t be making the jump to this sequel installment though, so if you’re someone who just happens to really be into Disc Golf and Bocce, don’t run out and trade in your original copy of Sports Champions just yet.
