Bluehole Studio is preparing to add two new crates to PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds that include several new cosmetic items.
The first of these new crates is the Fever crate. This new crate contains new cosmetic items inspired by the fashion of the 70s and 80s and can be purchased using BP. However, players will need to purchase an Early Bird key to actually unlock the crate. Next up is the Militia crate that will drop randomly along with the existing four crates and is free to open. This crate contains the Erangel resistance force outfit and Miramar frontiersman outfit.
As with the Gamescom Invitational Crate, players have a chance of obtaining a full outfit when opening the Fever crate.
Both crates will be added to the game tomorrow, February 22nd, but are available now on the test server along with free keys and BP to open them with.
Yesterday, the developer pushed a new update to the PUBG test server that removed the option to look inside the plane at the start of matches, added a counter to show how many players are left in the plane, and improved replay reporting.
