It’s the 30th anniversary of the Dragon Quest series, and developer Square Enix is holding a livestream to celebrate the occasion ahead of the Japanese launch of Dragon Quest Heroes II.

Square Enix will hold a livestream through Japanese video-sharing site NicoNico on May 26th, 9:30 p.m. JST (5:30 a.m. PT). The series’ executive producer Yuu Miyake and series creator Yuji Horii will be in attendance, with Japanese celebrity Ayana Tsubaki serving as MC.

Square Enix has not said what the livestream will showcase, but expect plenty of Heroes II hype and a possible reveal of Dragon Quest XI.
