Square Enix has detailed all of the events that it has planned to celebrate Final Fanatsy XIV: A Realm Reborn’s first anniversary, including in-game events, short stories, illustrations, livestreams, and more.

In terms of in-game content, five events are planned between now and the end of September. First up is the return of the Moonfire Faire on August 14 until September 8. Next is the return of the Final Fantasy XI, Final Fantasy XIII, and Dragon Quest X crossover events that will run from August 19, September 1, and September 14 respectively. Finally, a brand new event called The Rising will begin on August 27 and run until September 8.

For content out of the game, there’s a 14-hour livestream planned for August 22, a five-part series called Tales from the Calamity that will run each week from August 15 to September 12, daily messages from the developers, a screenshot and video contest, and three appearances at major events: Gamescom, PAX Prime, and Tokyo Game Show.

Square Enix has detailed all of the events that it has planned to celebrate Final Fanatsy XIV: A Realm Reborn’s first anniversary, including in-game events, short stories, illustrations, livestreams, and more.
