Square Enix has officially revealed Star Ocean 5 for PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4, following its announcement in Famitsu yesterday.

In development at Tri-Ace, the game’s full title will be Star Ocean 5: Integrity and Faithlessness. It is set on a planet called Feycreed, which is 6,000 light-years away from the planet Earth.

The game’s main cast includes Fedel Camus, the main protagonist who specializes in swordsmanship; Miki Sorvesta, the main heroine and childhood friend of Fedel, and Lilia, a young girl who has lost her feelings and memories.

Star Ocean 5′s website was recently updated with a new trailer and a couple of screenshots, which you can check out below.
