The trademark for LucasArt’s Star Wars 1313 was “abandoned” on December 23, 2013, according to a note on the United States Patent and Trademark Office’s website.
According to the note, the trademark was “abandoned because no statement or use of extension request [was] timely filed after notice of allowance was issued.” The trademark was first filed by LucasArts back in 2012 before the game was officially announced at E3 2012.
The now canceled game was set to star Boba Fett and would have seen the famous bounty hunter visiting Coruscant, mainly level 1313, Tatooine, and other planets. The aim was for Fett to collect his famous mandalorian armor piece by piece as the game progressed, beginning with his father’s helmet.
Star Wars 1313 was being developed for PC, Xbox 360, and PlayStation 3.
