BioWare has announced the release date of patch 1.3, known as Allies, for Star Wars: The Old Republic.

The update will go live tomorrow, June 26, and introduces new Legacy Perks, Ranked Warzones, Adaptive Gear, and the much-requested Group Finder. Servers will go down tomorrow for around four hours, once they return you will be prompted to download the patch upon logging in. BioWare also mentioned that more character slots will be made available in the near future.

Patch 1.3 is an important step in The Old Republic‘s recovery after a lot of negative press regarding falling subscription numbers. The Group Finder is a highly-requested feature that should bring a lot of fans back to the game, couple this with the recently activated server transfers and things are looking good for the SWTOR‘s immediate future.
