BioWare has officially launched patch 1.4, Terror From Beyond, for Star Wars: The Old Republic, following a few weeks on the test server.

This latest patch adds a brand new Operation to the game, titled Terror from Beyond, along with a new tier of PvE gear known as the Dread Guard set. There are also several quality of life changes and class balance tweaks being introduced with this patch. You can read the full notes here.

The patch should download as soon as you sign into the launcher, however be aware that at the time of writing the Global Trade Network is down until further notice.
