BioWare has announced that update 1.6, Ancient Hypergate, for Star Wars: The Old Republic will be hitting live servers this week.

The update adds a brand new Warzone to the game known as Ancient Hypergate along with a new tier of PvP gear. As well as the PvP updates the patch also adds several new Heroic Space Missions for both factions.

The servers will be taken down for around six hours tomorrow, December 11, for the patch to be deployed.
