THE BUZZ: Sony has released update 1.3 for the Starhawk beta, introducing a new map and two new vehicles.

The new map “Planet Dust” supports up to 32 players and two new vehicles, the Sidewinder Jetbike and Ox Tank. Check out the trailer below to see them in action.

The beta is scheduled to end March 27.

EGM’s TAKE: The 32 player maps are pretty impressive and should lead to some fun conflicts. We’re most excited about this new jetbike though. Who doesn’t want to own one of those in real life? Sadly that’s not going to happen any time soon so we’ll have to settle for riding about on one in-game. If you’ve yet to try the beta then we highly recommend that you do so, especially since it’s free.
