Steam Offers From Dust Refunds

Steam has contacted owners of From Dust, Ubisoft’s God Game, due to gamers complaining about the title needing a constant Internet connection to be playable.

Ubisoft are releasing a patch soon that will change the DRM and are also changing their DRM policy for Driver:San Francisco so that you have to log-in once at launch with an Internet connection, however you can play afterwards without one.

This is a big move from Steam considering that it is company policy not to offer refunds, except for cancelling pre-orders.
