This year’s Steam Summer Sale will get underway on June 25th, according to Steam Database (via SteamCN).

The site reported on Twitter that the sale will officially begin at 10 a.m. PT on June 25th and will run for two weeks. The tweet added that this date has been confirmed by “multiple sources.”

As with previous years, the Steam Summer Sale will offer massive discounts on hundreds of games and presumably a new set of trading cards for users to collect.

Last year’s sale kicked off on June 21st and offered discounts on The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, Rocket League, PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds, Final Fantasy XV, Kingdom Come: Deliverance, Fallout 4, and many, many more games. There was also a special minigame available last year that involved fighting aliens to win free games.

In other news, Epic Games has kicked off its first Epic Games Store sale dubbed the Epic Mega Sale, which will offer big discounts and free games for the next month.
