The recently announced PlayStation 4 exclusive, Let it Die, from Suda51 and Grasshopper Manufacture will be free-to-play.
Suda51 confirmed to Descructoid that the game will be free-to-play, but the exact monetization method is still in the works. When asked about the reasons behind the game being a PlayStation 4 exclusive, Suda said that it was down to the technical ability to easily leverage player data and an already existing working relationship with Sony.
There was also talk of a beta test for the game in order to collect early enemy data before launch.
Let is Die is set to launch exclusively for PlayStation 4 in 2015.
