Sunset Overdrive will allow players to play as a woman, choose their character’s skin color, and adorn any of the game’s outfits regardless of sex, Insomniac Games revealed in the latest episode of Sunset TV.

After providing some additional details about the traps gameplay mechanic revealed during E3, community manager Brandon Winfrey addressed a fan question about whether Sunset would allow gamers to play as a female character.

“Of course. I mean, self-expression is super important to us, so you can be female, you can be male, you can be different skin tones, you can be different body types, and all the clothing is gender-neutral,” Winfrey says in the video while footage of a female character dressed in robes more than a little reminiscent of Assassin’s Creed’s iconic outfit played, taking a shot at Ubisoft’s recent controversial comments about the “difficult” of creating female character models and animations.

”So if you want to be a dude in a skirt, you can be a dude in a skirt, alright? Just be who you want to be.”

Sunset Overdrive launches exclusive only Xbox One October 28.
