Super Mario

Two new costumes for Mario have just appeared in Super Mario Odyssey.

The first is a classic Baseball Uniform and bright red Batting Helmet, styled after Mario’s usual red hat design, while the second is a retro spacesuit dubbed the Satellaview Suit and Helmet. Both outfits will be available from shops post-game, with the Baseball Uniform costing 3000 coins, the helmet 1500 coins, the Satellaview suit 1000, and the Satellaview helmet 500.

Both costumes were uncovered by data miners nearly a month ago after the Luigi’s Balloon World update, and at the time, they also uncovered some other outfits Nintendo hasn’t yet made official. From that, it seems that Mario may have a few additional outfits heading his way.

Data miners also found evidence of more Power Moons coming to the game, so it seems likely that Nintendo has more content that’s just waiting to be released.

Super Mario Odyssey is currently out exclusively on the Nintendo Switch.
